“De kleur is licht strogeel met groene reflecties. Bij het uitgieten mooie schuimlaag in het glas. Wat gelijk opvalt is de geur van een oudere Champagne wat ik persoonlijk wel kan appreciëren. Aroma's van oude kaas, citrus, gist, geroosterde noten en donker brood.”
