“This Chablis 1er Cru purchased at the winery showed evolution since the 1st tasting, enhanced by the pairing with pistachio risotto. Vibrant acidity, floral, pineapple, passion fruit, mango and mineral. Long herabceous finish (mint, mainly). Tasted on Friday.”
