What reviewers say

I’ve had this in the cellar for a few months, but eager to try it and see if it would live up to its reputation. At first quite simple with green apples and freshly squeezed lemon. But as the temperature rises it shows a more complex taste then suspected. The mousse is very creamy. Notes of green apples and lemon is still there, but biscuits are coming. The finish is surprisingly long and develops more towards Granny Smith apples and lemon curd. Great QPR and will likely be a cellar staple ware.

The cohort it is ranked inside holds 2,766 French sparkling wines.

How the score was built

We compare the reviewers of this bottle against every other wine those same people reviewed. Each review is scored relative to the reviewer's own baseline — four stars from someone who hands out fives means something very different from four stars from someone who rarely goes above three. Every reviewer then counts the same, so the result is a calibrated consensus rather than a star average.

AI-adjusted percentile
The same reviewer-normalized score, corrected for how much confidence the sample supports: thin samples are pulled toward the corpus average. Each wine keeps the share n / (n + 53) of its measured distance from the average, where n is its calibrated-reviewer count, and the result is ranked on the same scale as the global percentile.53 is the median sample size across everything we rank. Here n is 3,619.
