Is Côtes du Rhône Rouge a good wine?

What reviewers say

“wasn't impressed with first glass but grew on me, a good red table wine. a bistro with strawberry, blackcurrant jam, toast, and black olives on the table, a sip of black coffee with a puff of a rolled cigarette writing in a leather journal, whiff of a white pepper shaker. a finish of pomegranate peel and garrigue, bitter, astringent, herbaceous. a nice velvety mouthfeel from the malo ferment, not nearly as pretentious as this sounds. 100% Grenache. Organic. Vines 20-40 yrs. Indigenous yeast.”
