Is Picapol a good wine?
What reviewers say
“100 % Picpoul de Pinet. A combination of direct press and skin maceration in the same tank. 15 days skin contact, whole bunches. Matured in foudre. Explosive volatility in your face. Simple thirst-quenching sipper. Citrus zest with sea salt. Somehow the skin contact has tamed the sky-high acidity in this local Languedoc variety, but it adds really interesting nuances and spices. Drink fast. Ends up mousey the second day. ABV: 12,5 %, TA: 5 g/L, RS: < 3 g/L. NOK 329 @ VMP”
