“Surprisingly structured Saint Amour here. Beautiful dark ruby red in the glass. Nose of black cherry, red cherry, chocolate, vanilla, sweet graphite, granite, dusty earth, red plum. Palate is light but then the tannin comes in on the finish, medium. Confirming black cherry, dark chocolate, red cherry, with some black plum skin, wood shavings, pomegranate, and some dusty red earth. Med - body, med alcohol (13%), med + acid. Med + finish and med complexity. Domaine de Fa-ntastic bottle here.”
