“Second generation family winery founded 1984 and merged in 2019. Pale straw colored. Decent Chablis with a medium expressive floral & fruity bouquet revealing aromas of apple, pear, peach & grass, some hints of wet stone. The fresh & clean palate offers flavors of lemon, grapefruit & light minerals, and some notes of oil in a dry and pure but relatively short finish with a little sweet touch.”
