Le nez est fin, élégant, avec des arômes de pêches blanches, de pamplemousse, de citron vert, de peaux d’oranges, d’aubépine, de poivre blanc, de notes fumées, minérales de pierre à feu, végétales. Bouche délicate, acide, avec une longue persistance aromatique. Très bon sur des sushis.”
