“Visita ao Domaine de Villaine em Bouzeron. Depois de provarmos os surpreendentes Bouzeron (uva Aligoté... mais tarde postarei aqui), Pierre de Binoist Sobrinho do proprietário apareceu com essa maravilha. Um Chardonnay 1991 diretamente da biblioteca da vinhoco. De cor amarelo ouro. Fruta seca, mel e própolis. Na boca, surpreendeu pela acidez, M+. A pouca fruta é quase compota, sous Bois e cogumelo no retrogosto. Intenso e longo. A nota aqui cegamente está inflacionada pela emoção”
