Is The Gable House Pinotage a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Nose of warmth, red fruit and licorice with a light fruity delicious palate, but it didn’t start off that way. Needed 3 hours to transcend from a slightly jammy wine to something elegant cherry pomegranate. Tannins are goldilocks, not too harsh not too soft. Pinotage is a perfect example for other countries without any historical native wine grapes. Creat a new one suited to your terroir and adopt as your national varietal. Cheers to Pinotage 🥂🍷”
