“Bella bollicina, gradevole e versatile, che ha aperto e accompagnato parte del pasto in una cena in Roero. Senza dilungarmi molto su quanto scritto da altri, sicuramente bella freschezza e acidità che spiccano, e lo hanno reso interessante su un ventaglio di diversi antipasti di buona intensità e sapidità, facendone da accompagnamento o contrasto. Anzi, l'ho trovato assai più godibile così che nella versione di semplice aperitivo.”
