“Ragazzi, qui si vola molto alto, non ho la data di sboccatura ma le sensazioni evolutive sono appena percettibili, c'è invece un miele che ti tiene per mano e ti aiuta ad attraversare la ricchezza tagliente e minerale di questa super cuvée. Nel finale pressoché interminabile una nota amarognola la posiziona di diritto nell'albo delle grandi bolle gastronomiche.”
