“Wow! This has totally disproved my theory that sparkling reds are uninteresting. Bags of interest here in this 2016 vintage Durif Shiraz. Proper wine. Complex, some tertiary, medicinal aspects amongst the fruit. Absolutely glorious and I'll be buying more. A real iconoclast”
