“Age creates an incredible and unique nose. Molasses, creosote, burlap sack. This smells like an industrial machine greased up with nutmeg paste. On the palette I get raisin chutney, toffee apple, with secondaries of lavender and charred pineapple. Finish for days. Marvellous.”
