“Al Caleri Sangiovese 2020 is a pure, organic Sangiovese from Predappio in Romagna. Vines average 20–30 years, hand-harvested from hillside parcels. Fermentation with native yeasts, partial whole berries, and long maceration; aged for 6 months in Slavonian oak. Deep ruby. Aromas of black cherry, rose, and mint. Silky, smooth with fresh palate with wild berry, spice, and mineral notes. Elegant, structured, with a delightfully refined finish.”
