“The Bellini was invented in 1948 by Guiseppe Cipriani in Harry's Bar in Venice. Named after the 15th-century Venetian painter/artist Giovanni Bellini. Cipriani combined white peach puree with Prosecco. Pale to medium copper colour. Fresh aromas of white peaches.”
