“Mooie witte Bourgogne van 100% Aligoté, een inheemse Franse druif die hier al sinds de 17e eeuw wordt verbouwd. In tegenstelling tot Chardonnay voelt Aligoté zich juist thuis in koelere wijngaarden. Frisse wijn met aroma’s van citrus, groene appel en rijpe peer, aangevuld door een subtiele mineraliteit en lichte bloemen tonen. Het koele klimaat geeft spanning & levendige zuren. De afdronk is schoon, verfrissend en licht stenig. Gewoon een heel goed en eerlijk glas Aligoté!! Cheers!”
