“Easy drinking and pleasant Ukrainian sparkling. Active, but chaotic and not persistent perlage. Cool and … festive in nose with notes of pear and lemon zest. Good acidity in mouth without any sweetness (!). On palate a lot of pickled apples, but it’s interesting.”
