“55-60% Pinot Noir, rest Chardonnay. 60% base wine from 2012, rest from perpetual reserve from 1995 to 2011. Only juices from the first half of the first press. 10% oak-aged wine with no malo, another 10-15% stainless steel-aged wine with no malo, rest went through malo.”

Summary
On a beautiful golden color, displaying a very fine and persistent foam. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and spices, sweetened by a final of toasted brioche and vanilla. Many freshness with notes of mandarin and orange zest. A fond and creamy palate with a nice long finish.
