“È il primo vino francese che mi trovo a valutare. Il sapore è pieno e all'apertura della bottiglia occorre lasciargli prendere un po' d'aria, altrimenti si sente troppo tannino, invece poi il gusto cambia completamente (in meglio :) ). Non è secco, non è neanche abboccato. Si sente un po' di legno, ma non so se ha fatto barrique, sull'etichetta non capisco niente :) C'è questo sapore particolare che ricorda la liquirizia, ma che sento in tutti i vini francesi, e non è proprio liquirizia.”
