Is Cuvée Romain Pauc Corbières Boutenac a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Brilliant dark red colour, clear cherry ring. Bouquet (uncorked for 3 h) of red fruits, candied plums, sugar canne, cigar box, a tip of spices and cardamom. Creamy attack of plums, velvety tannins, well structured. Flavours of red fruits, ripped plums, oak, tobacco. Long aftertaste of plums, tobacco, subtle tannic and spicy final. IMPRESSION: Superb bottle - and the last one. This wine is always better after some ageing. To drink now and in the next 2-4 years (see note about the 2015 vintage).”
