Galamenü von Andreas Döllerer mit je zwei Weinen im Double Flight 🍷🍷 Pairing zu Stör & Haselnüssen mit Karfiol und Puntarelle. Biodynamisch und ungeschwefelt. Wein 2: In der Nase etwas rotfruchtiger. Schön banlanciert mit Noten von dunklen Früchten und dunkle Schokolade. Der etwas rundere und zugänglichere in der Gesamtheit trotz 2020 Vintage. 🙂”
