“Tasting a wonderful white with sushi and the Grey cup. This wine poured clear with a wonderful dull gold hue. The nose, man the nose. Pear and apple predominate. Then the fun, the mouth the taste, the sipping. Dry and minerals to start with a follow up of butter, without an oily feel, and vanilla. All dashed over apple. At the end of the day - those damn french😁. Cheers to all on this Canadian football night.”
