“Un vin encore jeune qui mérite de vieillir. Au départ, le vin est très fermé, on ne sent quasi que l’alcool. Après plusieurs heures de carafage, on touche du doigt un très bon Bordeaux. Notes de fruits noirs type réglisse, de sous bois, de poivron, avec un peu d’épice.”
