“Een Rivesaltes Ambré heb ik voorzover ik weet nog niet eerder gedronken. Maar in het hotel Perpignan stond hij op de kaart, dus moest het er maar eens van komen. Hij doet me denken aan een Portugese Moscatel de Setubal.”
