Harmonizado com lombo de bacalhau assado na churrasqueira e depois completando o preparo no forno mergulhado no azeite acompanhado de batatas ao murro e batata ao murro. Receita Portuguesa de Olivier Anquier, numa de suas viagens. Vale muito a pena. É delicioso.”
