“I have to admit that I really love the “Satèn” Franciacorta’s, because of their soft and satin (no kidding!) character. This one is also a beauty (100% Chardonnay, 30 months aging on the lees, 12,5%). Straw colour, abundant mousse and rather big bubbles.”
