“Questo è il vino bianco d'entrata, e sicuramente come dice il nome stesso del vino vuole colpire per la sua semplicità. Il colore è un giallo paglierino poco limpido, quasi velato. Al naso si apre floreale di fiori bianchi, note di frutta gialla e agrumi poi esce decisa la nota minerale, con cenni erbacei. Al sorso è semplicemente straordinario fresco, sapido e minerale con un fin di bocca che quasi si ammorbidisce verso la frutta e gli agrumi. Un vino che non smetteresti mai di bere. Buonissimo”
