“Nichts für jeden Tag aber passt jetzt gut zu Paella mit Meeresfrüchten. Grapefruit und Kurkuma in der Nase mit etwas naturtrüben Apfelmost und ein Hauch Jod. Am Gaumen zahmer und runder als erwartet wenn doch wildes Zeug. Floral/ Kamillentee vielleicht durch nen Teil Aromarebsorten, eingelegte Salzzitrone, etwas herbe Kräuter, Salz, Austernschalen. Hat schon ordentliche Kraft mit mittlerer Säure.”
