“Sehr guter SB aus Colchagua, Chile. Die Reben stehen nur 7 km vom Pazifik entfernt - der Name Cool Coast ist gut gewählt. Reine Handlese, die ganzen Trauben werden nach der Ernte auf 2 Grad gekühlt, sortiert und dann bei nur 11-14 Grad für 18 Tage im Stahltank fermentiert.”
