Is Cabernet Sauvignon - Carmenère a good wine?

What reviewers say

“So, this wine has a special story and place in my heart. It was an amazing evening we spent with our close friends in Amsterdam and we got to taste this wine. We ended up finishing two bottles of this wine and still craved for more.”

From a top-rated Vivino review for this bottle.

Summary

The blend is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Carmenere. 10% of the wine is also aged for 4 months in French oak barrels which softens the tannins. Fresh and intense aromas of fudge, nutmeg spice and ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is juicy with notes of red cherries, very good acidity and soft tannins with a long finish.
