“Giallo paglierino leggermente oro-tendente. Olfazione assai intensa, molto floreale, gelsomino e zagara. Il sorso è piuttosto ampio e fresco. L'esame papillare, incontra note di frutta a polpa chiara, pera, pesca. La degustazione prosegue con richiami agrumati ed anche tropicali. Nel finale degustativo, qualche nuances di marzapane, tipica del vitigno semi-aromatico, Zibibbo o Moscato d'Alessandria, si arricchisce con un lievissimo riportato dolce in chiusura.”
