“3.8 estrellas. Este varietal (torrontés sanjuanino) es muy diferente al clásico riojano. Mucho más austero en nariz y boca, por naturaleza, se presenta filoso, lineal, con una nariz austera. Es de los blancos diferentes, que son de ni gusto personal. Lo que más me gusta del proyecto Cara Sur es como pone en valor varietales olvidados de zonas olvidadas, haciendo vinos que están bien sobre la media. Para seguir apoyando el proyecto!”
