“Annata 2023. Assaggio Cremona Gusto DiVino. Ottimo chardonnay pugliese dal buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Paglierino di media fittezza, limpido e cristallino. Intenso e complesso nei profumi: spicca la mela, limone maturo, iodio, fieno fresco, erbe aromatiche fresche (timo), miele. All’assaggio di medio corpo, secco, fresco e saporito, moderatamente caldo e morbido, moderatamente persistente. Vino di grandissima beva, buono come aperitivo o col pesce. L’ho molto apprezzato.”
