“Light and crisp on the front end, blooming into delightfully generous helpings of strawberry and watermelon jolly ranchers, rounded out with tasteful yeast. The bloom fades rather precipitously after a minute or two, but that time lengthens as it warms. I like the combo of gripping brut dryness with the candied aromas. This is one I’d definitely stock up on for a standalone sipper!”
