“This Tulum red of Bodegas Callia is an unusual blend of Shiraz, Malbec and Tannat. The nose opened medicinal with scents of earth, mushrooms and orange zest. Very special. With more time: red and black fruit emerged from the glass with a touch of incense and tobacco leaf.”
