“🍇Riesling 65%, Gruner Veltliner 35% 👁pale lemon 👃pronounced intensity with aromas of lemon, lemon peel, yellow peach, jasmine, wet stone, flint and hints of white pepper and honey. 👅dry with high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium body and a medium+ finish. Pronounced intensity with flavours of ripe lemon, lemon peel, wet stone and suggestion of white pepper and honey. A very good wine, lovely citrusy acidity, intense, textual. There’s a lovely zestiness balancing the finish.”
