“Office Holiday dinner yesterday night at Terroni on Adelaide. All wines (chosen by me) are private imports. It was an evening dedicated to Piedmont. It started with this Metodo Classico sparkling, 85% PN and 15% Chardonnay (apology for the blurry picture, room was dark, and did not realize I messed up until just now). The nose had lemon, green apple, almond and toast. Hints of candied fruit. Sharp acidity, with a medium bubble stream.”
