Is Les Rives de l'Estang Pinot Noir a good wine?

What reviewers say

“2021. Languedoc known for qpr for many varietals. But PN? I was skeptical. But I trust Boyer-Martenot, the listed 12.5% abv quelled concerns of over ripe fruit, and the price ($17/bottle!) worth a flier. This is high level village equivalent for half the price. W/ the generous elevage, you get tertiary notes showing on release, but the wine is still very fresh w/ present grippy tannins. Best PN value of the year. Holds it’s own against $50 village and WV estate wines. QPR in spades. WOW.”
