“Bellissimo rosso, scarico e molto pulito. Il naso è tipico, verticale, alcolico. In bocca, il tannino asciuga, ma senza eccessi. Per essere un 2021, la beva è buona, piacevole e generosa. Un Nebbiolo dal carattere deciso, elegante, di classe, molto ben delineato, preciso: il lavoro del produttore, certamente meticoloso, si fa sentire. Molto soddisfatto!”
