“Colore giallo paglierino, perlage fine e persistente. Al naso predominano profumi freschi che richiamano i fiori bianchi. Al palato l’ho trovato fresco e leggero, con aromi floreali e fruttati, spiccano specialmente agrumi e mela verde, bella acidità. Leggera nota minerale sul finale. Una bollicina adatta soprattutto per un buon aperitivo o un pasto leggero con pesce o carne bianca.”
