Is Familia Valdelana Cosecha a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Good and friendly, not too complex, but this was expected from a relatively cheap (6 euros on the Continent), non-reserva Rioja. For this laughable amount of money, you get yourself a nice palate of plum, cherry, blackberry with touches of oak, vanilla and chocolate. All this is built into a nice structure of moderate acidity and gentle tannins. Not memorable, but far from being boring. Decanting is necessary.”
