“Capa media con un granate limpio y ribete del mismo tono. Lágrima mediana y de caída lenta. En nariz domina la fruta compotada, con notas de madera y un azahar muy marcado; es realmente aromático. En boca repite el perfil: fruta compotada y una madera muy bien integrada que suma. Entrada suave y aterciopelada, final medio, acidez media‑baja y taninos limpios y perfectamente integrados. Estaba en el límite: un año más y habría empezado a decaer.”
