“Possible bias due to having visited and having the greatest time there. This is terrific though. Hugely complex. On the nose it's Christmas pudding and dark fruit and some dark chocolate. It's tasted nothing like the smell though. It's exceptionally dry with vanilla and salt and maybe some caramelised banana. Really interesting and worth seeking out.”
