“Inmediatamente me llevó a las fiestas de fin de año de mi niñez, en que esperábamos que las madres sacaran de la lata los ananás en almíbar para, sin la mirada adulta, tomar sin respiro su almíbar. Es por el perfume, no por el dulzor el vínculo con ese momento. Ananá en nariz, naranjo en flor (o flor de naranja mejor). Acidez muy reducida, dulzor controlado. Un vino para pescados y sushi, para ceviche y mariscos poco condimentados.”
