“Cabernet, Corvina & Corvinone. Given that Neropasso is a blend from Veneto, no wonder it's been (partially) made appassimento style. In my house it's a staple, a house wine if you will. While I've had enough after 30 odd bottles, my better half still drinks it with pleasure.”
