“Last bottle of this good memory - an Albillo driven white from Sierra de Gredos. Shy in the beginning but grows with air and food. Oxidative, salty, herbal. Had this with Salt Cod Purée. Pale to med golden colors. Nose of smoke, stone, dried herbs, dried flowers, apple, golden apple, dried fruit, stone fruit, hints of tobacco, beeswax, resin golden apple, apple, quince, stone fruit, dried herbs, tobacco, honey, minerals, salt Med- to med body, med+ acidity, med finish.”
