Is Rioja Rosado a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Quite interesting discovery of Rioja Rosado. It is dry, medium-to-full bodied wine with medium acidity and a bit of tannins. Color: deep salmon pink Nose: dried herbs, red currant, watermelon medium intensity On the palate: citrus, raspberry, hints of peach and noticeable minerality Medium long yet bright finish with vivid strawberry flavor, rich butter coating and light grapefruit bitterness. Despite Vivino recommends to pair it with meats - go with lighter foods or have it on its own.”
From a top-rated Vivino review for this bottle.
Summary
Purple-colored, it reveals a nose of pain grille, mineral, black currant, and blackberry. Supple, ripe, and structured, on the palate it exhibits a Bordeaux-like combination of elegance and power.
