“I don’t get many basque wines in my life so of course I jumped at the chance to try this. It. Is. Bracing! Spritzy, almost effervescent palate, crushed shells, tart lemon, really really racy number. For all that, it’s quite weighty, like a Chenin Blanc on steroids.”
