“Tenemos un Bierzo bien hecho, balanceado y con muy buena acidez, pero que va a la segura. Nada dulce, pero fácil de tomar. Algo insípido y muy sensible a la temperatura, hay que cuidar mucho el servir no muy frío. No se siente un exceso de madera, para ser crianza. Bueno, sin aportar algo original.3.5/5 - 86/100 - 14/20”
